We have next-day delivery on all products except for videos. Although rare, it could take up to 48-72 hours, depending on the length of video.

We don't charge any travel fees from Elmira to Syracuse and surrounding areas. For long distance-shoots, reach out for a quote. 

You'll receive a delivery notification and email the following day with links to all of your media, including instructions for payments, download, etc. If using the app, you'll be able to download everything right to your phone for easy positng. Feel free to reach out if any questions come up!

You have the option to pay when you book, or once you receive your final delivery email. You can preview the media before paying-- our system will just require payment before allowing download access.
